President Koroma Receives New Egyptian Envoy
President Ernest Bai Koroma today received the letters of credence of the new Egyptian Ambassador to Sierra Leone, Gamal Tawfik Abdullah. Expressing delight at hosting the new envoy, President Koroma, after conveying a message of best wishes to the Egyptian Head of State Hosni Mubarak "for his continued well-being and the prosperity of the government and people of the Arab Republic of Egypt", underlined the historic brotherly ties between the two countries.

President Koroma Reviews Performance Contracts With Ministers

President Koroma Welcomes Italian and Malaysian Envoys, Launches Pan-African E-network
President Ernest Bai Koroma yesterday 2nd November 2009 welcomed two new envoys from Italy and Malaysia who presented their letters of credence respectively and separately at a State House ceremony. The new Italian Ambassador, Giancarlo Izzo, told President Koroma that Italy has been following with keen interest the efforts that the government has made in changing the image of the country, noting that governance is not an easy task.
